Payments

Now pay for your treatments through your Email or smart phone with QuickPay.

You will need your checking account and routing number.  We will never see it.

You just send the payment to my email address: draltman@azfamilyhealth.com

Phone: 480- 788 – 2 Dr A (2372) Wickenburg location: Tues, Thur. 12pm – 7pm, and Saturday 11am-2pm (Winter additional days and hours are Monday and Fridays 1 -5pm) at:  159 W. Wickenburg Way, Wickenburg, AZ 85390

He also has after/ before hours appointments available on an as needed bases.  A small additional charge may apply to after/ before hours appointments. Please choose to Book now below and wait for email approval.  Wickenburg office hours: Please click on the office location using Appointy below for the office hour of that location.

First time patient: Please download new patient forms. For your convenience, fill them out at home and bring them with you. [download id=”1″]

Please note that when booking online, click on the doctor, and then the service wanted (which may be the location under service). Then choose time you would like. You will get an email to confirm your choice and an email approving time from our office.
