We at AZ Family Health have notice the burdens people have been dealing with and thought this at least might help some people out there. I don’t know if you have noticed that some of the counties and towns have offered a discount drug card to help those that need medication. Coast2Coast Rx card will allow anyone to participate in the program and save on the cost of medications. They say the saving could be as much as 95 percent. The Rx card is free and may be used at all pharmacy chains and most independent pharmacies in Phoenix and throughout the nation. Other benefits of this card is that it may be used for imaging and lab test.
Also Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has launched a discount card program to help people with their prescription drugs. Maricopa County is making free prescription drug discount cards available under a program sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACo) offering a substantial savings off the retail price of commonly prescribed drugs. The cards may be used by all county residents, regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage, and are accepted at well over 80% of the county’s pharmacies.
